Apr 20, 2012 Posted 20 April 2012 - 08:44 AM. I just bought Nesco food dehydrator and I was wondering what was the best temp to set it at. My choices are 95F,105F,115F,125F,135F. There are more settiing beyond the thermal death ofthe magic. I live in a humid, subtropical climate.

Oct 11, 2005 think about it, you lose psilocin anyways because it is so unstable. Thats the only thing that heat effects. the psilocybin is rather stable and withstands heat in excess of 200 degrees (boiling water, ie shroom tea). if you are drying and storing in the first place you should plan on losing anything the heat would destroy in the first place.
